Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the AA Bond Cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

Service Agreement: 

1. We offer professional end-of-lease, vacate, and bond cleaning services, as well as moving-related services, for residential and commercial properties.
2. Our services encompass cleaning the premises based on the checklist provided by the client or our standard cleaning checklist.
3. The client agrees to provide precise information about the property’s size, condition, and specific requirements.
4. AA Bond Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify quoted prices under the following circumstances:

• If the item’s or property’s condition differs from the description provided at the time of booking.
• If the customer requests additional work.

Booking and Payment: 

1. You can book our services through our website, phone, or email.
2. A non-refundable deposit or the full payment might be necessary to confirm the booking.
3. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the cleaning service.
4. We accept payments by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
5. Failure to make the full payment may result in additional charges or legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule the cleaning appointment.
2. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the loss of the deposit or additional cancellation fees.

Access to Property:

1. The client must ensure that our cleaning team has complete and safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
2. If the client cannot grant access to the property, they must notify us at least 24 hours prior to rescheduling the service.
3. A cancellation fee might be charged if our team arrives at the property but is unable to access it.
4. Our team is equipped with portable machines that can be transported to multistorey apartments.
5. Additional charges may apply if the premises are located on the second floor or higher and do not have lift access.

Property Condition:

1. Our cleaning team will deliver their services to the best of their abilities, based on the information provided by the client.
2. We cannot guarantee removal of pre-existing stains or damage.
3. The client must ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are removed from the property prior to the commencement of the cleaning service.
4. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the client’s belongings that are left at the property during cleaning.

Complaints and Refunds:

1. All issues with the cleaning service should be reported to us within 7 days after the service is completed.
2. We will address the complaint promptly and may, at our discretion, offer a refund or schedule re-cleaning of the area in question.

Bond Back Guarantee:

1. Our Bond Back Guarantee promises to rectify, at no extra cost, any cleaning issues the Property Manager or landlord raises, within the Terms and Conditions and our Inclusions and Exclusions.
2. Our Bond Back Guarantee applies only to the specific service you have engaged us for. For example, if you hire us exclusively for a bond clean, our Guarantee will cover that service; however, it does not extend to carpet cleaning. Therefore, we do not provide our Bond Back Guarantee for carpets.
3. The Bond Back Guarantee excludes severe stains or surfaces such as ceilings, garage walls, and walls requiring professional cleaning.

Liability:

1. We carry liability insurance to cover any accidental damages caused by our team while providing our services.
2. Nevertheless, we do not assume responsibility for any prior damage or wear and tear to the property.

Termination:

1. Either party can end the agreement by giving prior written notice.
2. Termination by the client without adequate notice may incur cancellation fees.

Amendments:

1. We may amend or update these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
2. The revised terms and conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
